These forms are NOT interactive; in other words, you CANNOT fill them out and then print them (they will not look right) -- you CAN print them out and THEN fill them out.
Forms are also available in the hallway at Village Hall, next to the Gas & Water office door in the baskets on the wall. If you are submitting a pool or building permit application, be sure to include fee payment (checks would be made payable to "Village of Westville"); a receipt will be sent to you, or given to you if you pick up the approval form to post in your window while construction is taking place.
Then mail them to 201 N. State St., Westville, Il 61883,
or fax them to 217-267-7830,
or bring them in to me Monday-Friday, 7:00am-1:00pm,
or drop them in the mailbox on my office door
if you cannot come in during regular office hours.
